Update security policy rule

/adns-resolver/v1/security-policy/rules/:rule-id

Update an existing DNS security policy rule. Every mutable field can be changed here, priority included — the move and the field update commit in a single transaction. Valid priority range is 1..N where N is the current rule count. The rule must belong to the tenant's default policy.
