Activate a child tenant
POST/mt/paygo/v1/tenant/:rootTsgId/activate-child
Activates a child tenant under the root, provisioning the requested package and SKU allocations through the upstream licensing service. Package types: SASE_CORE requires saseCore block, SASE_PRO requires sasePro block, PAB requires pab block. IDP types: MSP_IDP uses the shared Cloud Identity Engine instance, TENANT_IDP provisions a dedicated CIE.
