Reorder the Customization policy
PUT/seb-api/v1/policy/customization/positions
Submits the full ordered list of rules and sections for the customization policy. Array index determines position (index 0 = highest priority, evaluated first). All existing rules and sections must be included. Rules in a section must be contiguous.

Forbidden - Insufficient permissions or feature not enabled
Not found. error.code is one of NOT_FOUND or FIELD_REFERENCE_NOT_FOUND.
Too many requests. The tenant (TSG) request rate limit has been exceeded at the SASE gateway. This response, including its body and headers, is injected by the SASE gateway, not by the Prisma Browser service. Pace requests using the RateLimit-* headers and retry after the current window.
