Publishes the draft configuration, making it the active configuration. Rejected with 400 if publishing would increase the number of rules in a policy family above 1,000; built-in and default rules are not counted.

Conflict - no Active version was created. error.code discriminates. CONFLICT: the draft contains no changes. PUBLISH_IN_PROGRESS: another publish or draft reset holds the draft lock, so nothing was published.

Too many requests. The tenant (TSG) request rate limit has been exceeded at the SASE gateway. This response, including its body and headers, is injected by the SASE gateway, not by the Prisma Browser service. Pace requests using the RateLimit-* headers and retry after the current window.
