Partial Publish Draft
POST/seb-api/v1/configuration-management/draft/partial-publish
Partially publishes the tenant's draft configuration. Only the pending changes for the non-policy entities named in entityIds are promoted to a new active version; everything else stays in the draft. The request must include at least one publishable field (currently entityIds); a body that only carries description is rejected with a 400. This operation is in preview: send the header x-prisma-browser-preview: partial-publish, otherwise the request is rejected with 400.

Active version was created successfully.
Bad request - malformed, duplicate, or too many entity IDs (schema validation), or no publishable field was provided besides description.
Forbidden - the caller lacks permission to publish configuration changes (e.g. a read-only admin).
Not Found - an entity has no pending change in the current draft. details.errors[] aggregates every offender.
Conflict - error.code discriminates. CONFLICT: a selected entity depends on unpublished changes; fail-fast, so details.errors[] reports a single offender (the first dependency conflict found), unlike 404/501 which aggregate every offender. PUBLISH_IN_PROGRESS: another publish or draft reset holds the draft lock, so nothing was published.
Too many requests. The tenant (TSG) request rate limit has been exceeded at the SASE gateway. This response, including its body and headers, is injected by the SASE gateway, not by the Prisma Browser service. Pace requests using the RateLimit-* headers and retry after the current window.
Response Headers
The request quota for the current window (requests per minute per tenant).

Internal server error
Not Implemented - policy object named, unsupported type, or partial publish / draft mode disabled. For the first two, details.errors[] aggregates every offender; when partial publish / draft mode is disabled there are no offenders and details is omitted.
