Fetches the complete customization policy, which is an ordered list of rules and sections.

Forbidden. Endpoint not available or insufficient permissions.
Policy version not found
Too many requests. The tenant (TSG) request rate limit has been exceeded at the SASE gateway. This response, including its body and headers, is injected by the SASE gateway, not by the Prisma Browser service. Pace requests using the RateLimit-* headers and retry after the current window.
