Delete an application tag

Deletes a custom application tag. Fails if the tag is linked to applications. This operation is in preview: send the header x-prisma-browser-preview: application-tags, otherwise the request is rejected with 400.

Too many requests. The tenant (TSG) request rate limit has been exceeded at the SASE gateway. This response, including its body and headers, is injected by the SASE gateway, not by the Prisma Browser service. Pace requests using the RateLimit-* headers and retry after the current window.
