Create a Sign-In section
POST/seb-api/v1/policy/sign-in/sections
Creates a new sign-in rule section. The section is created in the draft configuration and must be published to become active.

Forbidden - Insufficient permissions
Too many requests. The tenant (TSG) request rate limit has been exceeded at the SASE gateway. This response, including its body and headers, is injected by the SASE gateway, not by the Prisma Browser service. Pace requests using the RateLimit-* headers and retry after the current window.
