Create an application
POST/seb-api/v1/applications/type/:type
Adds a new application of the specified type to the management console.
URL Limit: For custom, private, and non-web applications, there is a tenant-wide limit of 15,000 URLs combined. Exceeding this limit returns a 400 Bad Request error.

Conflict - request conflicts with the current resource state
Too many requests. The tenant (TSG) request rate limit has been exceeded at the SASE gateway. This response, including its body and headers, is injected by the SASE gateway, not by the Prisma Browser service. Pace requests using the RateLimit-* headers and retry after the current window.
